BUILT IN OREGON • MADE TO ADAPT

One old horse trailer.
A whole lot of possibilities.

Earl started as an $800 vintage horse trailer. Now he is being rebuilt into a modular event-service platform that can transform for different kinds of events.

EARL'S ORIGIN STORY

Barter, community, and a second life.

Earl came to me through Barter Faire family, and even the way I got him feels right for what he is becoming.

The deal started with barter. I had the top from a four-burner flat-top grill whose stand had failed at an event, and Jana agreed to count it as $100 in trade toward Earl.

Later, during a time when food assistance was being disrupted for a lot of people, I sent Jana another payment to help with groceries. When it was finally time to bring Earl home, I paid the remaining $300 and hauled him away.

Earl didn't come into my life through a normal purchase. He came through barter, community, helping each other out, and a little bit of cash.

That spirit is still part of the plan. Earl is being rebuilt to work, adapt, bring people together, and keep finding new ways to be useful.

MEET EARL

The build is part of the story.

Earl is not being restored to sit pretty. He is being rebuilt to work. The goal is a clean, rugged, flexible trailer that can be reconfigured for different event experiences instead of being locked into one purpose.

The shell stays simple. The infrastructure stays strong. The modules change with the job.

BUILDING EARL

Minimum viable Earl first.

Every dollar and every build step is aimed at getting Earl safely on the road and earning.

01

Structure

Floor, frame inspection, reinforcement, service window, and solid mounting points.

02

Infrastructure

Power, lighting, water, cleanable surfaces, E-track, Unistrut, and modular connections.

03

First Service Setup

The first working configuration gets Earl out of the shop and into real events.

WHAT EARL CAN BECOME

Same trailer. Different experience.

FIRST UP

The Hydration Station

Freshly prepared hydration drinks made with natural ingredients, fresh citrus, cucumber, coconut water, measured electrolytes, ice, and simple garnishes.

On The Wagon

Zero-proof beverage service with craft-bar technique, fresh ingredients, and polished event presentation—without the alcohol.

The Citrus Showdown

An interactive family experience built around a friendly Lemon-vs-Lime rivalry, audience participation, and a whole lot of personality.

More to Come

Earl's modular interior is designed so future setups can be added without rebuilding the entire trailer.

HELP GET EARL ON THE ROAD

Help finish the first working build.

Earl is real, the work is underway, and the next phase requires materials and equipment. Support will go toward the core build: structural work, flooring, electrical, modular mounting systems, water service, ice/service equipment, and the first event-ready configuration.
